Users of this platform are solely responsible for the security and management of their private Ethereum wallets and the pre-authorization / verification of all transactions. It also includes any contracts generated on this website.
In addition, Savanna Kidz NFT smart contracts run on the Ethereum network. There is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.
We own Intellectual Property and naming rights over the $OPENTOWN project and Savanna Kidz. Any rights not granted to users and owners of Savanna Kidz NFTs are reserved for the team or potential future DAO.
You have absolute ownership over your Savanna Kidz NFT by holding it in your Ethereum wallet. This provides you with the ability to utilize it in minting or receiving subsequent opportunities available only to Savanna Kidz NFT holders.
Ownership of the NFT is mediated exclusively by its Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network: at no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any Savanna Kidz NFT.
Subject to compliance with these terms, Savanna Kidz grants you the right to use, copy, display, and modify the Savanna Kidz NFTs: royalty-free. You own the Savanna Kidz NFT artwork.

Savanna Kidz expressly prohibits the use of any proprietary, individual traits or crafted layers for purposes outside of this project.
The user shall not use any Savanna Kidz licensed materials in connection with any material which is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful or offensive. It likewise cannot be used for objectionable or unreasonable purposes.
