"What kind of Open Town will it be?" and "What should we build first?”

Savanna Kidz NFT Holders will settle questions like these through a DAO vote. The Faith Angels Ministry, on the other hand, is authorized by the Ugandan government to develop Karungu Village. Such checks allow the Faith Angels Ministry and Savanna Kidz NFT Holders to manage the Open Town Project.

1. Role of Savanna Kidz Holder

Savanna Kidz NFT holders will collaborate with Faith Angels Ministry core members toward developing Open Towns.

As DAO members, proposals will be voted upon by them.

The management of Open Town Projects is independent of central government control.

Decisions are transparently agreed upon by DAO members and the Faith Angels Ministry.

2. Open Town Council

There is a high probability of thousands of Savanna Kidz NFT holders due to the maximum supply of 10,000 Savanna Kidz NFTs.

While this would be great for the project, it would be highly impractical to discuss Open Town planning with all the holders participating.

An Open Town Council is thus necessary, elected from among the Savanna Kidz NFT holders as their representatives. The Open Town Council and Faith Angels Ministry will collaborate to develop Karungu Village.

They will propose ideas that will increase the value of Open Town, such as:

• Improvements in water infrastructure.

• Building another school.

• Starting a viable business in Uganda to get sustainable funding for the town's progressive development.

  

The DAO will vote on which proposal to implement.

Open Town Council members will receive $OPENTOWN tokens for their efforts.
